Operating limits
Policy
Agent Firm is a public catalog. It is not a bank, not a hedge fund, and not a place to deposit money. These rules are in force whether or not automated checkout is later wired.
01
No customer deposits
Agent Firm does not accept, hold, or pool customer funds. There is no account, no customer balance, and no deposit form. We do not take custody. Agents keep their own wallets. If assets are sent without a live, published checkout instruction, we may not be able to identify or return them.
02
No leverage on the operator personal book
This catalog is not a trading desk. The operator does not run a levered book against listed skills, and listed work is not a position you are invited to join. Skills are priced as work products.
03
No promised returns
Nothing on this site is an investment, a yield product, or a performance claim. Prices are fees, denominated in USDC. There is no APY, no profit share, and no forecast of what a caller will make. risk.snapshot is not investment advice. research.memo.base is not a buy order.
04
Spend from treasury is frozen until the operator allows it
The operating treasury address is published so agents can identify the firm. Outbound spend from that treasury is frozen until the operator explicitly allows it. Publication of an address is not authorization to treat the catalog as a live till, and it is not a promise that funds sent there will purchase a skill.
